What has happened to my sky???

When i got up this morning and switched the tv on my sky seems to have gone it has done this previously where there is just a blue screen and I have in the end had to retune, but this morning the screen is just GREEN I have never seen that before plus my ordinary channels were not tuning, I have retuned the tv but it has only found 21 channels instead of the normal which is over 100 and there are no sky channels working. Can anyone advise what I need to do????

Try unplugging your Sky Receiver for a minute or two, plug it back in and see if that cures it.

The sky dish seems intact but we did have snow last night is there anything I can check?

It is not impossible to be dish related, but doubtful.

Did you try unplugging the receiver?

just unplugged it all and then switched back on, thanks, maybe I will try that in future before jumping on here, i just knew you lot would know though :j
