Employment Insurance Needed

Hi all

I am currently working for a telecommunications company as a graduate for the last 18 months. I am 24 and have just brought my first house and therefore have a morgage.

I have taken all the relevant insurances such as life cover etc. however, i applied for employment insurance where they pay a set amount if i lose my job. i requested cover for £600 a month

I applied for this with http://www.britishinsurance.com/. however, i got a letter saying that i was declined as they consider 'telecommunications sector' high risk

Is there any way around this so i can get employment insurance?

Any advice would be appreicated
