Oh no Cheznal that is awful, i really hope you get it sorted. Have you tried calling them on the number in their t&c and asking them for an email or to be forwarded to someone in the department. Can i just ask how long ago you sent your packet in?? I just wondered how quickly they are checking them from when they recieve them??

    Thanks Kimmy x

Does anyone have an email address which I can use to contact McVities? I've received an email this morning stating that they cannot honour one of the ebook reader prizes that I won due to the packet having the wrong barcode/time code. I sent 2 packets in with the claim as I couldn't remember which one I entered (it was 2 o'clock in the morning :( ) the time codes were only 1 second different, so was confuzzled as to which one was which.

I rang them this morning but don't think I'm going to get anywhere :(

Can anyone help? I'm gutted as I was gonna give one of them to my mam...

ok I may be talking out of my butt butt and feel free to tell me to shut up lol but

could you ask McV's for both wrappers back?

then send them 2 separate winning claims, 1 of which would be correct = they send what you won

1 will be incorrect = they discard

    Simples!

But surely if there was 2 wrappers enclosed then they would see that one of them was the winning time codes etc...

Have u tried contacting them on the number on the packets??

I found that I always got a reply from them whenever I had a query. HTH
:j It doesn't get any better than this :j

It does seem strange don't it? In the bonkers competition, they let you send in all the packets you thought it could be, so say if you didn't know which of two packets you won with, they allowed you to send both in, in fact they TOLD you to send both in lol, so I would have thought that if it was definite that one of the two was a winner, then they SHOULD honour it. Nothing in t&c's stating they won't. If i were you, and you don't get anywhere with them, then I'd deffo contact edwin.

How many times can you use the one pack? And are there any particular times of day to enter.?
