Is anyone having any problems inputting their details? I can choose the dunking side or the cruncher side and most of the times the code but when it comes to name and address the screen 'freezes' and won't let me put my details in, I have tried in IE and Firefox but it's having none of it! Thanks and good luck to everyone else.

  • Just wondering if anyone has had any problems redeeming their vouchers for free biscuits? I used one in the co-op last week fine and my husband has just gone in with one to be told that head office has informed all co-ops that they are not to accept any of the printed mcvities vouchers which I personally find bizarre when they are selling the promotional packs? Just wondered if anyone else has experienced any problems?

I used to have similar problems in my local Tesco so now I always unplug my printer and request postal ones.

I also, cut them out but take the rest of the original letter with me to show them in case they get arsy about it.

yepo same here, none of my local stores will redeem vouchers primted by me. tescos even tried to refuse one sent in the post as they "dont take internet couppons" but i showed them the rest of the letter it had been attached too and she gave in.

    really annoys me.

well done all the winners. god luck still to the rest of us.

i think re the vouchers its dependent on area, there is (was) a thead on here somewher ewhihc had numerous vouchers available reguallrly and there are people who print them and get them accepted no problems in many stores. sort of a case of try and see what your stores say really.

Does anyone have an email address which I can use to contact McVities? I've received an email this morning stating that they cannot honour one of the ebook reader prizes that I won due to the packet having the wrong barcode/time code. I sent 2 packets in with the claim as I couldn't remember which one I entered (it was 2 o'clock in the morning :( ) the time codes were only 1 second different, so was confuzzled as to which one was which.

I rang them this morning but don't think I'm going to get anywhere :(

Can anyone help? I'm gutted as I was gonna give one of them to my mam...
