ppi (how much ?)

ive just had a confirmation that the ppi i paid on a loan of £12,000 loan is to be paid back 2 me from the ombudsman, now there going to accept the offer, but its does not tell me how much i,m getting,ive paid 2yrs and 4months to a 7yr loan, can someone help please ?
