Stayed court case

hi,
Glad we can again fight the big bad banks, I have two current claims with HSBC bank the first was for £2804 which was stayed in court Jan '09, the second I wrote to the bank making a further claim for the charges from feb '07 to Aug '08 £3645. I have been written to from the bank concerning the stayed account but have heard nothing from the courts. Where do I stand, what can i do? With regard to the 2nd claim am intending to recalculate charges to present date and start with new letter using the upto date guide.
Whilst suffering financial difficulty prior to the OFT ruling I did have 3 refunds £910, £455 & £475 over a four month period. Am still in financial hardship.
Any help advice support etc would be very welcome.

There is nothing preventing you going back to the bank on financial hardship issues.
Did they suspend charges for a period of time?
Have you also tried to contact those creditors who you have arrears with to see what they can do to help as well?0 -
hi
whilst test case was still underway they dealt with me as a financial hardship case and I recieved a further payment after as a gesture of goodwill, but have now been told that their is no longer a financial hardship department and as i am currently on my overdraft limit there is no need to contact them. I have pointed out that on the three accounts all at the limit the interest will be added on on the 12th causing it to then go overdrawn but they did not want to talk to be until this has actually happened.0
