    A fine ?

I am hopeful that you are much clearer about the facts and reguilations of aviation than you are about parking issues and the law.

If you see a sign that says WARNING - PRIVATE PROPERTY - NO PARKING - YOU WILL BE CLAMPED - do you think it's a good idea to park there. I think you are the one with issues.

Oh - and a fine - so someone can just walk away and not pay until later - what if they never pay? What sort of deterrent is that. I'd like to see how you would feel after spending a week in our flats. I believe your opinions would soon change.

The point is though, even if you live there and are part of the "private property" you can be clamped if there simply arent enough spaces for all residents

On a public road I would relish it. I enjoy court even such easily winnable cases.
Follow on cases to recover consequential losses can also be quite fun.
    Please provide the location !

If you had a brain cell - you'd be an amoeba! With people like you in this country, it's no wonder 54,000,000 Brits are leaving a year. We soon hope to be in that number. Good luck in your country that is going to the dogs. I doubt you'd be admitted where we are going. Over and out!
