BT Broadband Desktop Help\btbb\BTHelpNotifier.exe runs on my computer I have a BT home hub (just upgraded to the black one) and this pops up everytime I boot up and this is the program that seems to be taking a while to load?

err have tried to how do i remove it - tried to on add remove programs but its not there??:wave:0

You could use Ccleaner to disable or delete it. In the tools option >startup will give a list of progs that run at startup.0
