I've moaned about this before but can someone explain why I receive so many American/NZ sites in my results? I didn't used to , my Google is still http://www.google.co.uk so why is it happening? (confused face..jeez , this is silly)
Should canadian forims be coming up on the second page of results whent yping "cake"?
My text keeps changing back to small without my changing it too. It's only happened since Nov and installing IE8 didn't fix the problem so i'm stumped.
Help:(

Google search and text problem
^Perhaps try clearing out your browser cache; also on the Google search page try clicking the 'pages from the UK' radio button.

Thats partly to do with the change in Google algorithm a while back you can read more about it here:

You can help it by using the 'uk' button if you can see it (it doesnt always appear on my laptop for example)!0 -
Just type cake uk in search box0

It's become silly as i'm typing addresses into google maps and the results are coming back as for NZ/USA etc yet a years ago ( when I started using streetview) the first results would always be UK based.0 -

Let http://www.ccleaner.com/ clear the cache - make sure you do not interfere with the registry settings tab.0 -
