Lidl electric toothbrush replacement heads

I thought I would warn anyone with a Lidl electric toothbrush that while the instructions give you a freephone number to order replacement brushheads, the address is in Germany and they expect payment by bank transfer. My bank charges £25 for this :eek:

Why Lidl don't have an agent in the UK is beyond me - Aldi manages to do it. It would be cheaper to buy a new brush. And not one from Lidl!

Well I emailed Lidl's head office in Scotland about this and this morning got a letter of apology asking me to return the toothbrush to a store for a full refund.

That's a result I think - well done to Lidl for doing the decent thing :T

they tend to sell them every 4-5 months and you can always get the replacement heads at the same time saves on the transfer

Yep, they come on a card with eight of them on it. I have some in my "reserve cupboard". It won't be very long until they come around on sale again

Points taken, folks - however, I need new brushes pretty soon and the letter I got from Lidl said that they weren't aware of any current stock. Pity really because there's nothing wrong with the brush itself.

Anyway, I took mine back to a local store yesterday and showed them the letter. No receipt but got the money back straight away, so I can't fault them for that.

I've just bought a Braun brush instead and will keep an eye out for cheap brushheads on Ebay when the time comes - in true Moneysaver style!

We have 3 of these Balance electric brushes and use Wisdom heads that seem to fit and work well. On of our brushes has stopped working. Does anyone know where we can get a replacement?
