They maybe able to get the bank to do something.

Just to let you all know that after nearly 4 months, Smile got my money back. I didn't get a clear explanation as to exactly where it was, but they did reimburse the £22 sending fee and the £20 tracing fee. The only problem is that as far as I can see, the Rupiah has gone up about 25% against the pound during this time, so I am significantly out of pocket when I send the money now by Western Union.
