Any ideas re. cleaning inside a motorcycle helmet?

I also meant to say that if there are nasty stuck on flies on the helmet outside, place some damp kitchen roll over them for a while, they'll wipe off much easier.
Bikes are great - Mr S and I both ride - but I still worry about him riding. Some things never change, I guess!0 -
I have the clothing and helmet,boots gloves hoping to do my cbt this year I adore my other halfs bike.....probably has more to do with holding onto him tight :-)0
