fed up
last year i changed my meter from prepay to quarterly, despite phoning on numerous occasions, begging for a bill, british gas stated that a problem with reading the old meter was preventing them issueing a bill, after 6 months , i had to go into hospital for an operation, after leaving hospital i recieved a bill from british gas,in excess of £200, payable within 10 days, having told them of my current situation, i was offered a payment plan, yet still recieved calls asking when i was paying my bill, one at 9PM, with the stress of this and other financial issues, my health has suffered, although i paid this bill,(leaving me short of money coming upto christmas)i then recieved another bill of £160, which i have struggled to pay, i have now been told that a charge has been added to this bill which i feel is unfair, yet i seem to have little redress, can anyone give me some advice please, thanks.

Are the bills correct?
