Just a quick note to say something positive about a company for once, as praise is often missing on this board.
I ordered a necklace on their site, and when it came to paying I managed to mess up and get the wrong shipping amount, due to the fact that I live on the continent and not in the UK. They contacted me, to get my permission to charge the right amount to my card (another 3 pounds) which of course I gave them For some reason this didn't work either but rather than faff about any more, they just shipped out the necklace to me. The necklace arrived here in 3 working days and it's gorgeous.
So great service even when I messed up and made a mistake- I'll make a donation to one of the Haiti charities for the cost of the necklace as a kind of thank you to them.
