Npower dual fuel discount important changes

Just a quick note to warn about Npower's new trick with the dual fuel discount. I've just had a bill today which came with a booklet "We've made some changes". In the small print on page 3 it states that you won't get the dual fuel discount unless you receive a combined bill and make combined payments. I've quickly called them to switch to this, but found that the staff were as astonished as me to find this out. It seems that unless you switch to the combined bill and payments you will lose the £100, so act now!!!!
