Random rant about Facebook Hacker...unable to block

hey guys i'm literally shaking in fuming mode! was on facebook earlier on chatting away then i rang my friend and was on the phone a while..(i like to chat lol) and left my page open. Came back on about 20 mins later to see a chat window open from my other half... but i knew he was at work. Thought it was strange so i rang him and he confirmed he was still at work so impossible to chat on facebook. I logged onto his account to see that his ex who he split from 3 years ago had got hold of his password and friend requested herself, accepted herself and messed with his account. I deleted her straight away and blocked her but before i had chance to change his password (she must've been online and 'watching' what i was doing) she added herself again. Anyway i've managed to change his password and ignore 3 of her friends requests but it wont let me block her for another 48hours because she unblocked herself... bit like a timeout thing or something.
HOW FRUSTRATING!!!!!
she's sent a request again but we've not done nothing with it i suppose we'll have to wait the 48 hours before we can delete and block her permanently.
I was going to report her for hacking into someones account and changing info but i'm not sure they'll do anything anyway
Thanks for reading Rant Over!!!

Facebook is so dodgy for things like that. I went into it from my phone a few months back but it always logged me into my account automatically because my details were saved. On this occasion it logged me into some total random account of someone i've never heard of, but I had full access to her account and could change anything I wanted, I didn't actually change anything but i'm pretty sure some people would have.
I sent a message to facebook but never got any reply from them or anything.
I hope you manage to get your situation sorted out though, she sounds like a bit of a loony if she's doing that.If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00 -
yeah she is... always seems to try cause some kind of upset/trouble somewhere along the line although the last time was about a year ago. i'm a waitress and her and all her family came into my restaurant few months back i was so tempted to go and 'spill' a drink over her or spit in her food BUT I DIDNT as that would be lowering myself to her level. i'll just sit tight till friday then block her with a big B!!!0

If your restaurant has a beer pump, I have heard that a couple of drops of pipe cleaning fluid, has the effect of near on instant clear out of the bowels.0
