I posted an item and it hasn't arrived 3 weeks later.
I'm happy to refund the buyer, we have communicated and she is happy with a refund.

As things are on civil terms, don't forget to open an ebay case after refunding, cancelling your ebay transaction in order to get your FVF fees back too.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
