bank charges letter

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
having read the lastest update about bank charges and not one for giving up on what is mine ...
i am slightly concerned that since my claim has been on hold , i have moved address ....
could the bank have sent me a letter saying that the high court decision was final and that i can't claim anything back ??
or should i just go ahead and try again and giving them my new address.

thanks for any replies ..

    I would advise the court (as well as anyone else who may need to contact you) of your new address as soon as possible.
