I probably received charges first when I was around 18 but the bank history I have only goes back to 2002 maybe 2001 without having it with me to check.0

I do feel quite strongly that now the waiver is no more, then claims where hardship was historically a problem but currently isnt, actually should be quite a strong argument to show the imbalance required under 5(1) and the unfair relationship under the CCA. Also in the ''human'' argument letters the bank breached the banking code over and over again which surely is an argument you can put forwards to the bank and to the FOS. Worth discussing anyway?LegalBeagles0
