Wireless issue

My wireless is playing up somewhat. Laptop wireless status says "local access only" I have tried rebooting and resetting the router but no joy. Problem is I know it's a laptop problem as my iPod touch is connected with no problems whatsoever. The vista repair options are not working either. Help!

Interesting. You seemed to have covered most angles. Does it still connect anyway?
