i was asked for feedback after buying item from Argos , was service good,items good and so on.. but after leaving feedback i recived the reply below and notice that the feedback wasnt put on, so seem's like they only like good comments about service and products.
i placed my order for home delivery, the blind i recived was for a 6ft window too big ,the one i ordered was for a 4ft window. and checking that i didnt ordered the wrong one on order form i saw i didnt it was the 4ft '47inch wide one' i ordered.
i had to reseve another one online to pickup 'or wait 5 days for another delivery' and return the wrong size one to store which is 8 miles form my home and carrying a 6ft blind on the bus was'nt pleasent.
And after using my Promotional discount £10 online that i recived after placing other orders it cost me another £6 for the bus fare.
Then after putting up blind found that it had a bent slat at the end, which looks warped, couldnt be bothered to bring back as didnt fancy carrying back on bus.
This is the reply i got, not very helpful.
I am very sorry to read of your inconvenience at having to replace your item at a store. Although had you not gone to the store in person you would not have been able to use your £10.00 promotional discount against your purchase.
