DRO Help please.
Hi all, (please excuse the heading I mucked up)
I need some advice about IPO/IPA's I will try to make it brief but will have to give you some background.
Myself and my wife went BR in July 09, I am not working but she works 16 hrs a week. My files went to one office her files went to another office I think because she had some shares.
In late November we both got letters to say that we were going to be eligable for ED, so we had to fill out SOA forms to show our financial situations had not changed (which they had not).
I got my early discharge early January 2010
, as yet we have not heard about my wife (we were told not to call until end of feb to check).
My question is, I have a job interview in 2 weeks, if I were to get the job would I/we have to inform them because out household income had changed even though at this time it is only my wife who is BR. And would we then be put on a IPO/IPA to run for X amount of years?
Hope this is clear??
Thanks in advance

Huuuuuge difference between an IPA and a DRO
as dojo said your referring to an IPA
Income Payment Agreements/Orders.- IPO / IPA (Income Payment Orders and Income Payment Agreements) (IS)
- FAQ - Income Payment Orders / Agreements ( IPO / IPA ) (IS)
- OR's Case Help Manual - Income Payments Agreements (IS)
- OR's Case Help Manual - Income Payments Orders (IS)
- OR's Technical Manual - IPAs Assessment of real disposable income (IS)
- Nil tax (NT) coding/IPAs (MSE)
- Income Payments Calculator (Excel spreadsheet) (IS)
- The assessment of real disposable income where the bankrupt's income is derived in part from state benefits

I am sorry I do mean an IPO doh!! can I delete this thread and start again??
If not.... in reply to your answer, I am not subject to an IPO and I am now discharged. But if I were to get a job before my wife is discharged would that mean she might get an IPO because our household income would have changed?
Sorry if I am not quite understanding you0 -

Sorry if I am not quite understanding you
Can anyone please clarify this for me as I am still unsure of the position.
As my wife is still waiting for discharge, can an IPO be put on her if our household income changes due to me finding employment?
Or am I not explaining myself enough?0
