HP psc all in one won't turn on, help please

I have a HP psc 2175 all in one printer, it was working fine this morning, half way through printing it stopped, turned itself off, and won’t turn back on.
I have unplugged it, plugged it back in, changed the fuse in the plug, changed the cable for another one and it is still not turning on.
There is nothing jammed in the printer, there has not been a power cut or surge.
So anyone got any ideas, as to how to fix it?
or is its time up, as it has never been any trouble even though it is old approx. 6 years.
