Hi Guys ,Please be careful with me given my computer knowledge is very minimal.This morning turned the laptop on and got the normal windows screen which is normally on for 20/30 seconds but this morning it STAYED on and i could not turn the computer of to re start it,any ideas

UNsure what the problem is, but if you press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, the computer will power off & you can try restarting itChris Elvin0
