Barclaycard and Mbna problems - advice welcome please

Hi all

apologies but posted this elsewhere as could do with the help-

Seriously frustrated with both b card and mbna. B card have not acknowledged my charges claim (twice) and mbna wont give me schedule of ppi or refund fully. Has anyone else had these problems and how did you proceed please?
