EPDM or Fibreglass for garage flat roof?

Looking to get my garage roof re-covered at some point. Have about £1k in mind for the cost in getting it done-just a normal garage attached to semi-detached, tried RoofSeal on it but still problematic.
Seems to be differing opinions on whether to go for EPDM or Fibreglass?
Any recommendations and prices from anyone who has had it done
