Broadband Issue

Have 2 telephones lines both are active. Both have 2 broadband services with same ISP.
But today after looking at other broadband suppliers i noticed one line says theres an LLU on the line, but the other says the line is clear and suitable for broadband, called isp they said the line is clear and noa ccount active.
So now i am lost to what has happend or what to do
. almost seems like free broadband

Not sure what you are asking. Are you paying anyone for broadband? Are you happy with the service if you are getting broadband?Beer meter E[.\.......]F0
