had to close my first NPB today and on the sold page theres a line through payment and feedback and when i hoover it payment it says 'dispute payment has blocked the buyer from paying' is this a new thing?

It's been around since they changed it from 7 to 4 days, but I think there has been teething problems.

Actually, I had my first NPB in about a year last week and I've just checked and it says the same thing.
It also says "dispute payment has blocked the buyer from leaving feedback". That means the loophole where they could pay after the dispute and occasionally bully ebay into allowing them to wriggle out of the strike and leave feedback may have been removed.
