Hi All,
I am sure somebody will be able to help me out. I am gona buy car seat base on-line for my baby but I am not sure if my car has it or not. Websites tell the best way is to look at the owner's manual but I don't have one. It is a honda jazz 2004 model. Can somebody please help me with this?
Best Regards,
SI

Isofix is a couple of small metal bars usually hidden between the back and the bottom of the rear seats, around 15 inches apart, there should be two sets in the rear of the car, one for each of the outer seats.0

Hi Sensible
This should answer your question, it was the Encap testing on 2004 Honda Jazz and shows the ISOFIX seat fittings
using a Britex Roma seat

Poke your fingers in the space between the back and base parts of the seats - if you have ISOFIX you will feel the metal 'brackets' (for want of a better word) if they are there - be careful not to break your nails though!
Sometimes the car manufacturers put a little label on the seam of the seat too, to let you know it's there. Could you check with your local main dealer, too?:j Almost 2 stones gone! :j
:heart2: RIP Clio 1.9.93 - 7.4.10 :heart2:I WILL be tidy, I WILL be tidy!

thanks a lot everybody
I will call the local dealer tomorrow. It is a real shame that the owners manuals are not accessible online (as far as I know)
