Best experience might be to take it to an Apple store, they are legendary in their helpfulness in setting things up. Once working you will love it.

Sounds like you have not setup the WiFi correctly. Start by going to Settings -> Wi-Fi

Can i remove some apps on there and how?
Press and hold finger on any of the Apps icons. After a second all icons will vibrate and have an "x" in top left hand corner. press the "x" on the Apps you want to delete. When finished, just press the reset button (bottom centre of device).

How do i add some new ones and wheres the best place?
Press the "Apps Store" icon, then select (from bottom of screen) Featured or Categories etc. Once you have selected an App to install, you will then have to enter your iTunes store login details. You can then download/instal new App.

    Hope that gets you started.:j

You can download the Apps from within iTunes as well. Open iTunes & navigate to iTunes store > app store on a computer (or Mac) and you can get them that way.

Yes you will need an iTunes Store account and pay for the Apps there.

There are also lots of free apps as well.

Did you type the wireless code exactly as seen?

if not, then that's your problem.

For example, if the code is PasSwoRD12 and you typed it all in lowercase (or uppercase) it will not work as it needs to be typed exactly as seen.

it might be printed on a label on the bottom of the router if was supplied by an ISP (such as Sky) otherwise you will probably have to get it from the routers web based admin pages if it's not printed on the bottom of the router.
