Used to have a Kenwood chef mixer which had a dough hook-seem to think it would actually take the hard work out by kneading the dough. Now looking for a food processor for chopping veg and blending.Do they all knead bread dough ie kenwood multi-pro?

I would go for a Magimix if you want to make bread dough in it. They are heavy duty with direct drive motors so more able to cope with the rigours of kneading bread.0

Are they a normal food processor too?0

Yes, they do everything but are more robust than most domestic food processors.0 -

I have a Kenwood Multi-Pro and it has a dough blade though I haven't tried it yet. The manual says the first kneading can be done well with the dough blade, but suggests doing the second one (the "knocking back") by hand as the bread will rise much better.

I have had a cuisinart food procesor for 18 years, and I always make my bread dough in that with no problems.0
