I phoned up the bank and the said it was DSGi and give me a phone number. When i rang the number it answered as PC world. Havent a clue what i have been paying for. Im going to ring them first thing as ive been paying this since July 2009!!!!

PC World is part of the DSGi group, as are Currys, Dixons, Pixmania and others. Have you purchased an extended warranty or some other form of insurance that you're paying for monthly?

Edit: In fact that's exactly what it is. You've taken out the Coverplan/Whatever Happens extended warranty from the DSG group, possibly PC World.

Sounds like you got some extended warranty from something you bought from DSGI group

its currys or dixons or pc world, but since dixons only trade online now i presume it to be currys since i purchased something with them a while ago and took some protection which i cancelled and was never charged for,

best to speak to your bank i reckon

sorry i could not help any more
