ERrr yep I think that is exactly what they are saying. I know Manchester came high up in some "where are the most obese people" type survey. Proud to be doing far more than my share in that stat!
So thanks OP I know when I had a pedometer before that it encouraged me to walk. Bet the Lurcher will be please too if I get one. Worried that they have all gone already looking at the dates some people applied.

I followed some of the links to the get walking pages and it seems that there are few if any easy ramble/walks in the North east kent area,I would love to go for a ramble as long as it wasn't to fast as i have a walking stick that I need to use but although slower than most sprightly young things I am willing to have a go.0
