3. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Proof of sending is not proof of delivery. Last date for receipt of entries is 15/06/2010.

All entries received by 15/06/2010 will be entered into a Free Prize Draw, and the first entry randomly selected by an independent person will win a 7-day All Inclusive holiday for 2 people to Cuba, second entry randomly selected will win a 7-day holiday to Thailand for 2 people (bed & breakfast basis) and the third entry randomly selected will win a 7-day holiday for 2 people to Luxor, Egypt (half board basis). All holidays include return flights from a designated UK airport, 7 nights accommodation, return transfers between airport and hotel. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. Holidays are subject to availability and must be taken by December 31, 2010. There is no cash alternative. Only one prize per household. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
5. The winners will notified in writing by 13/07/2010. In the event the claim for a prize is not reeived by the Promoter within 7 working days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. A list of the major prize winners will be available on www.winnersgallery.co.uk after this date. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
6. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 7 working days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
