    Hi tiggerkian :hello:

First of all electric heating can be very expensive and this will make a difference to the bills .

The first thing to do would be to check the meter readings are all accurate and read the meter (if you can) every day for a week. This will help you to see when the energy is being used.

Check the tariff your mother is on, you say this is economy 7, but is it the best economy 7 tariff for her?

As she is having dialysis check she is also on the priority services register with E.ON, these accounts ensure meter are reads frequently.

Have a chat with our Energy Efficiency team. Give them a list of the appliances and they will be able to look more in to detail about where the energy is being used and how some can be saved.

If you need me, just let me know, I am always happy to help :)

You may also want to look into whether E7 is the best option for her anyway.
Sorry, I don't know much about dialysis, but am led to believe it is often carried out during the day. If so, you don't suggest she otherwise uses a lot of night-time electricity, and so a single rate tariff may be a cheaper option.
