preferring of creditors before DRO
In the run-up to DRO, but before applying, which of these wd be regarded as 'dishonest' preferring of creditors?
- paying-in to reduce bank overdraft
- paying overdue biz invoices
- continuing repayment instalments to a private creditor (friend), while my credit cards know I've stopped paying them more than a token
- paying income tax/NI
Any tips?!
