1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Pizza Hut International LLC, its agents and anyone professionally associated with it.
2. No purchase necessary. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. To enter the free prize draw, all you have to do is vote for your favourite new recipe pizza. You then have the opportunity to select which destination prize draw you would like to enter by filling out the appropriate entry form page.
4. Only one entry per person can be submitted. You may enter only one prize draw, but you may return to vote for your favourite pizza as many times as you like.
5. All votes and prize draw entries must be received by the draw closing date of midnight 11/04/10.
6. There are a total of 3 holiday prizes to be won. Winners will have the opportunity to choose their destination from the following three options:
   1. Orlando, Florida
      
      7 night trip to Orlando for 2 people, details as follows:
      • • Return Economy flights - London / Orlando including UK departure tax
      • • Return private airport transfers in Orlando and car hire
      • • Car hire minimum age is 25
      • • 7 nights - 3* villa accommodation on a self catering basis
      • • £250 spending money
   2. Tokyo, Japan
      
      7 night trip to Tokyo for 2 people, details as follows:
      • • Return Economy flights - London / Tokyo including UK departure tax
      • • Return private airport transfers in Tokyo - Airport/Hotel
      • • 7 nights - 3* hotel accommodation on a room only basis
      • • £250 spending money
   3. Paris, France
      
      3 night trip to Paris for 2 people, details as follows:
      • • Return Economy flights - Regional airports / Paris including UK departure tax or return Eurostar travel
        - London / Paris based on winner location or preference.
      • • Return private transfers in Paris - Airport/Hotel or Eurostar/Hotel
      • • 7 nights - 4* hotel accommodation on bed and breakfast basis
      • • £250 spending money
7. All prizes are for two people. Persons must travel together at the same time and date. At least one of the passengers must be aged 18 or over.
8. Travel is valid for dates between January 2010 and December 2010. All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability.
9. Each person travelling is responsible for obtaining the relevant valid travel documentation. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the start date of the holiday.
10. Transport between home and the airport in the UK is the responsibility of the prizewinner. All local transport arrangements in the holiday destination will be the responsibility of the prizewinner.
11. Each person travelling is responsible for getting to the designated location at the allotted time and allowing sufficient time for check-in and security checks, as appropriate.
12. Adequate travel insurance is the responsibility of the individuals travelling.
13. Any amendments or alterations to travel arrangements made by the prizewinner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges payable by the prizewinner.
14. Winners will be selected at random under independent supervision and notified by telephone within seven days of the closing date. In the event that that any winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
15. No cash or other alterative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winners on person.
16. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
17. The winners' names and counties may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: The World is Your Pizza Prize Draw Winners, 4th Floor, 247 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7QX.
18. The promoter's decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
