Travel excess enquiry

Hi, do any of you know of travel ins companys that you can pay an extra ammount and than have no excess to pay? Most of them quoting me about £50.excess. Post Office £66 and no excess. Last 2 years my girls had ear infections and I had to pay out. This year ear-plugs are order of the day but I dont really want to take a chance.
