Stopping Smoking Hamper

Hi there,
Just wondered if anyone had any ideas of a hamper that I could make up for my grandma to help her stop smoking, after many years of me trying to get her to stop smoking she has been ordered by her doctor to give up. Shes a very glamourous grandma who likes to go out on a weekend without fail but doesnt drink in the house, she likes holidays aswell. So far I have thought about a money box to put the money she has saved in and well thats about it.

Thankyou in advance
:A

I would definatelty include sweets { sugar free nice tasting ones if you can } in there or maybe chewing gum if you can
As I know when I tried stopping years ago , I found it very helpful to have sweets or something in my pocket :o

It was in the hamper thread, hidden :)

As your nan is glam she may like her nails done? maybe get her a manicure set with nail buffer (removes yellow stains).
There is a leaflet available that tells you how your body is affected after not smoking for 12/24/48hrs 1/2/3/4 weeks - good motivater!

  • be careful with sugar free sweets
as she is stopping smoking she may eat more than usual
and they dont agree with a LOT of people, with unpleasant effects
(please dont make me say what, because i cant spell it!!!!)

what about one of those stress relieving ball things, she will want to have something to do with her hands,
