We have used them before, a few times, and have just booked another holiday with them. I've never had any problems.

They are part of the lastminute.com group which should give you some additional confidence - and because they are a UK based company you have someone to sue if it all goes wrong! (Rather than some other web-based companies like venere.com which are based overseas and hence complicated to enforce anything against).

If you pay by credit card you obviously benefit from credit card protection and AFAICS there is no extra charge for this.

I've never found a discount code, though.

Before you leap into booking, check whether lastminute.com have the same hotel - for some mysterious reason, we could have saved £9 by booking through lastminute instead of medhotels even though (as I said above) they are commonly owned.

have used them twice, first time the hotel was overbooked, arrived at 5am and was transferred to a hell-hole - however as soon as the local rep on behalf of Med was aware she got in contact with their offices & they had us rebooked in a much better quality hotel by lunchtime, even refunded the missing nights stay to my card before I got home without me asking! Second time was faultless - definatly recommended!
