We have been in our current house about 3 years now. Was with B.Gas for both gas & elec at first. Gas was roughly £70 per month and Elec was about £20. We always gave meter readings in and always owed them for gas but were in credit with our electric.
After about a year we swapped both gas & elec to N Power. They have read meters a few times and I always give correct readings for both online. Gas went up to about £85 and elec £10 per month. Same as usual we always owed on gas but were in credit on elec.
Gas is currently £101 per month and electric has gone down to £2.
I think there must be something wrong, but havn't got a clue what it might be.
Should I tell them?

Check to see your meter appears to be still running correctly.
... oh and yes, do contact the supplier if you are at all confused by the bill (which you obviously are)"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
