Reclaiming CC from Clydesdale Bank which is now with FOS

hi there

Back again looking for someo advice - I have had my claim for CC with the Financial ombudsman service since August 2009. CB came back saying they were only going to pay the last 6 years eg. 2003-2009 because I put on the FOS complaint for that was when i was first raising the complaint in 2009.

I thought you could claim back either 9 years or the life of the account??? have I got mixed or have I made an error as to what date I put on the claim form with FOS??

    You can reclaim the lot via the county court but the FOS may not look further back than 6 years. Are you happy with the 6 years worth of charges?
