lloydstsb,intelligent finance and Blair,oliver,scott

hi i needs some help i took out a loan from lloydstsb in 2000/2001 could be earlier i have no paper work so i cannot give the exact date the loan was taken out,
the amount i took out was £8,000 at my local branch and after 6 months later i doubled it for £16,800 and with PPI at £3570 totaling nearly £20,370, In august 2003 i got in debt with lloydstsb and 6 other companies,
I managed to clear their debts off slowly(nearly £12,000) and only 2 remain (lloydtsb and Intelligent Finance whom Blair,oliver,scott own my account) at the time i had difficulty paying i went to Payplan in 2003 and they helped me out to sort my finances. I have always paid Paypal £155 a month some of the money go's to lloydtsb and some to Blair,oliver,scott to which i owe them £9,800 and also i pay £50 extra a month to Blair,oliver,scott which i have been paying since august 2006.
I was also paying Lloydstsb £100 a month extra from Jan 2004 to until February 2009 just so they would stop harassing me.
lloydstsb alone i have paid nearly £11,000 with Payplan and the £100 extra i was paying them every month, but every 3 months they send a letter stating i still owe them £14,472 and if i pay £10,500 in the next 28 days they will write off the rest.
also Blair,oliver,scott phoned last year January 2009 they to were asking for £4,300 to settle the debt
they know i am in debt and not working at the moment, also at the time i was sold PPI with lloydstsb and intelligent finance because i thought you have to have it but i have no paper work and do not know who to write to i have got a piece of paper with this written on it but no date on it is written a address where loan is held:

is this the company i should write to for reclaiming PPI and also for Intelligent finance should i write to Blair,oliver,scott i have seen the templates in this forum i am just trying to sort my finance out the kids are getting older and i still have a loan debt after 10 years, also my brother is willing to help me pay lloydstsb but he is only willing to give me £7,000 and only for lloydstsb he said ring them up and ask if they will accept this amount and wants it in writing i am not sure they will accept and i do not want the phone calls & letters starting again if they know i have some money.

in 2005 lloytsb said i owed £15,400 and the interrest would be frozen because i was with payplan looks like it was'nt.

Hi and welcome.;)

Its up to you but maybe a Subject access Request (SAR) from Lloyds would come in handy to help you through your complaint, in case there is anything enclosed to support your cases.
They have 40 days to comply, you only write one account number, if you bank with Lloyds you write the bank account number on the SAR and they should send everything they still hold on you, on any finance you have taken out and so on.
There is though a cost of £10 cheque or postal order payment to enclose with this request.
