Homeserver/ Drains cover

I have my drainage/ water cover with Homeserve, basically got the top package with them.
The drains are at the side of the house on my property.
Now the concrete from the drainage lid has cracked and it leads to the other drainage/waste shaft thingy! This crack is about a meter long in total.
Would my Insurance cover this via Homeserve or would it be something to do with buildings insurance?
I am wanting to sell my house in a month or two and this may go against any positive survey no?
