RBS Bank charges ROP

I moved house and forgot to update my address, I never received the notification that I was going to be charged. They charged me £38 for an unpaid item, then, although I had money in my account, they are charging me £105 in total for using my card, even though I had the money in my account because they charged me the unpaid item fees, I didn't have the money in my account, if that makes sense.
Is there anything I can do about this? I mean, I use my card for payments, you know, £2 at Tesco, £5 at Sainsburys, or whatever. I think it's extreme to charge me £10~ or so for EACH transaction when at the time I made them, the money was in my account? Any advice? I've not paid it yet, but dont wnat it to go to debt collectors or anything

It was a direct debit, so cause they refused the payment, they charged me £38, then cause they took that out, and i used my card, they are charging me 10£ for each time I used my card

I got charged October 2009 Lol. I wish I had the letters where they said they were charging me. So they reduced it to £5?
I guess there's nothing I can do then

If it was the first charge then you could ask them to refund it as a gesture of goodwill.I got charged October 2009 Lol. I wish I had the letters where they said they were charging me. So they reduced it to £5?
