HI, i've got a few B&B shares (5,500) i wandering if anyone had any ideas what value (if any) per share they will be valued at? i understand that a valuer has been appointed by the government - any ideas when they'll be valued by?
Also i understand (but could be wrong) that a similar process took place for Northern Rock shares that decided on a value of zero? is it likely to be the same for B&B..?!
Thanks, Jim.

You'll be lucky to get nothing for them.0

I think you'll be lucky to get anything for them. On the Northern Rock thing, I think that was the provisional decision but not the final one, so it does look likely that NR shareholders will get nothing.
It's anyone's guess really, but NR doesn't set a good precedent.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0 -
Thanks, i'll not book the Mauritius holiday just yet then!0

Check out the UKSA (UK Shareholders Assn) as they are campaigning for a decent valuation of the shares. They believe a fair value is 80p per share:
