Home Insurance, unusual situation

Can anyone recommend a good but not too expensive insurance company that will insure my home in the UK for buildings cover whilst I am abroad and also has my son living in it with two lodgers (he will pay the contents cover)?
I went with Lloyds TSB (my bank) last year and the premiums were reasonable but will not include accidental damage on the contents because of the lodgers.
Any ideas?

Hi
You could try https://www.keyconnect.co.uk

They have just insured an unoccupied property for me at a good rate and will probably be able to give you a quote. HTH.
