Help with PPI info please! ....

Hi and welcome.

Many of us have gone the insurer/underwriter direction, I would write to the banks and request for copies of your policies, your entitled to have copies of these, write to ask if they could post them to you as soon as possible, you do not have to give any reason, you just require them.
The insurer/underwriters details should be shown on your policy.

It does not matter if the account(s) are settled either, but they should supply the full details for you on request.:)
