I paid £10K for a 9 months old Meriva in April 2006 from a Lookers garage (Vauxhall/Network Q) with the promise that they would repair a particular bad scratch at a later date convenient to us. My partner was 9 months pregnant at the time hence the rush to take the car as it was.
Only one key was supplied but they would provide a second.
Still waiting for the key, must have asked about 5 times.
And the car has just come back today after being in most of th week for a pretty routine repair.
Their after sales service has been woeful and I am currently writing a strong letter of complaint.
Question is do I address to customer services at Lookers, Network Q or Vauxhall. Maybe even cc the other two parties.

I have had trouble with a Dealership in the past. I complained to deaf ears so I wrote directly to the manufacturer telling them how the dealership was giving them a bad name. I expressed how I loved the car but was terribly dissappointed with the customer services. They replied within a week, and got onto the dealership and paid in full for some repairs that were required (£700). Try it- you have nothing to lose.July Win: Nokia 58000
