Just to let you know, I applied weeks and weeks ago (can't remember when it was that long ago!), and just got an email today! So don't despair, presumably they just keep hold of your details until they need more people?

Update - reply from Jelger. It seems they only received my envelope last Friday even though I posted it at the beginning of September so I will be paid tomorrow. Not their fault, then.

As was said in an earlier post, Jelger is so good at replying and telling you what is going on. Such a refreshing change from so many other survey sites. Long may it last.

What labels do i keep? You mean the little sticky ones of appled?

Any examples would be appreciated.

It's the label that tells you the name of the product, best before date, country of origin etc.

If you buy loose stuff that doesn't have a label that's fine, as long as you have the receipt.

Some things do have labels stuck to them, like melons and Butternut Squashes. Just peel them off andsend them.

If you buy bags of fruit/veg cut out the bits that show the product name and the other info they need.
